Where to pick up my vehicle at Malaga Airport and Malaga Train station Renfe?

What Vehicle will I be Provided with?
All bookings are made under a category, within this category we can provide different models, we cannot guarantee a certain model but can guarantee you will be provided with a vehicle with the chosen characteristics, if for unforeseen circumstances we cannot provide you with a vehicle from the chosen category we will supply you with a superior group at no extra cost.
What insurance is included in the price?
All our rentals are include civil liability and third party damage with excess depending on the solicited group.
Can I get an additional insurance that covers the excess?
Yes it is possible to obtain a full risk insurance paying the extra per day rate indicated in the rental brochure, depending on the vehicle the amount can vary from 3 euros per day up to 12€ per day the larger models. This insurance does not give coverage to the following damage:
- Wheels (rims and tires), underside of the vehicle, and keys.
- Interior of the vehicle (Upholstery).
- Engine Failure by negligence.
- Transfer of vehicles and persons arising from negligence.
- Fuel change, if the car is diesel and you fill up with fuel or if the car is Petrol and you fill up with Diesel.
Can I see the price of the vehicle before making the reservation?
Yes you can see the price of the vehicle before the booking, just enter the solicited information on the website and it will show you the prices according to the chosen group and chosen extras.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed you do not have to worry our representative monitors your flight and will know at what time you arrive, if the airline company has decided to change the flight number it is necessary you notify us on the following telephone Is: +34 664280733 your booking shall be amended without any cost for you as long as the flight arrives between our hours of delivery.
What opening hours do you have at Malaga airport and Renfe?
Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 20:30.
Can I collect my vehicle out of your work hours?
Yes, you can pre book your vehicle out of hours but you will be charged 20 euros per car in concept of out of hours.
Are there any extra charges for picking up a vehicle at one of your coastal offices and returning to Malaga airport?
If the rental period is for 7 days or more you can pick up a car from one of our local offices and return the car back to Malaga airport/train station or vice versa free of charge, If the rental period is less than 7 days you will be charged 30€ in concept of one way charge.
How many drivers are allowed to drive?
Bahia Sexi allows without additional cost 2 drivers per rental agreement, only the drivers included in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle.
Can I drive outside of Spain?
Bahia Sexi’s vehicles can only move freely in Spain . You cannot drive to in the cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
Do I have 24h road assistance?
You have included in the rental agreement 24 hours road assistance in English 365 days a year no matter what insurance you have on your rental agreement.
