How do I book my long-term hire car?
It’s very simple: fill in the form, receive your personalised quote, confirm the booking and collect the car at the agreed location (for example, Malaga Airport).

What counts as long-term car hire?
Any car hire of 30 days or more.

What is the minimum and maximum duration?
The minimum duration is 30 days and the maximum is 6 months per contract.

Where can I drive the car?
The car may be driven within mainland Spain. It is not permitted to travel to the islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries.

How do the months booked affect the price?
The more months you book in a single contract, the lower the average monthly price.

Is it cheaper to book several months at once than to extend later?
Yes. For example, 3 months booked in one go are cheaper than 1 month plus an extension for another month plus another extension.

Can I start with one month and then extend at the same price?
You can extend, but extensions are priced according to the conditions in force at that time.

When is long-term car hire paid for?
The full cost of the booked period is paid when the vehicle is handed over. If you book 3 months, you pay the 3 months together.

Is money refunded if I return the car early?
No refunds are made. Any unused amount is kept as credit in your favour for future rentals.

Who is responsible for the vehicle’s maintenance?
We take care of maintenance and will contact you if you need to bring the car to our facilities. The customer must also inform us if the vehicle shows warning lights or signs that it needs to be checked.

What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence, ID card or passport and a credit card, as well as meeting the age and driving experience requirements.

Is mileage limited?
No. Long-term car hire includes unlimited mileage within mainland Spain.

Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, as long as they meet the same age and driving licence requirements. Additional charges may apply.

What should I do in case of breakdown or accident?
You must contact the assistance phone number shown in your contract and follow the instructions to receive help and, if applicable, a replacement vehicle.
